It's so good to meet you
I’m passionate about helping adults navigate the challenges and transitions that life can bring. For more than 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from a variety of backgrounds, supporting them as they work through anxiety, depression, stress, and seasons of change.
I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I meet you where you are and help you better understand what you’re experiencing while building practical tools and recognizing the strengths you already have.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and other approaches based on each client’s individual needs. For those who desire it, I also offer a faith-based approach that integrates spiritual well-being with mental health.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
Education: I obtained my undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science) in Human Development and Family Studies at Auburn University in 2010. I obtained my master's degree, Master of Social Work at The University of Georgia in 2013.
